Your comments of “Me versus I” pattern the reflective view of Eastern Orient spiritual leaders as perfected through meditation techniques. This ability of calmly viewing disturbing external events realizing that they do not affect the “I” is difficult but can be achieved through mental discipline and then be adapted to daily living.
